eFastResponse Affiliate Agreement

By signing up with the eFastResponse.com Affiliate Partner Program, you agree to the following:

Commissions- eFastResponse.com will pay a 25% commission on revenues generated by customers referred by an affiliate. Commissions are calculated on the actual revenues received. These commissions will be recurring monthly as described herein.

Sales handling- All sales will be processed by eFastResponse.com. Affiliates will not be allowed to conduct direct sales transactions of eFastResponse service directly on their site.

Appropriate Sites- Affiliate sites will be free of libelous, defamatory, illegal, warez, cracks, porn or adult related materials. FastResponse reserves the right to review any site, for any reason, at any time - and deactivate the associated partner's account if their site is found to be unacceptable for our network.

Email promotions & Newsletters- No affiliate partner shall participate in email promotions of the eFastResponse products without previous written permission. To avoid potential SPAM complaints and issues, all newsletters must be pre-approved by eFastResponse.com before promotional ads can be placed in them.

Banners, Buttons, and Links- eFastResponse.com will provide all affiliate partners with appropriate text, content, banner, and button advertisements. These creative will be available in the affiliate partner's private area of the eFastResponse website. Affiliate partners may create their own advertisements, however these must be submitted to eFastResponse for review and approval before they may be used. Affiliate partners agree that all submitted materials are subject to use by other eFastResponse affiliate partners.

Payment- eFastResponse will make payments to affiliate partners monthly, Our pay periods run from the 1st to the end of month. Checks are mailed no later than the last day of the following month. Minimum earnings to receive a check is $25.00. If you do not earn $25.00 in any single pay period your earnings will "roll-over" to subsequent periods until you accumulate $25.00. Due to our 30 day money back guarantee, all commissions on initial Sign-Ups funds will be paid on the following month, 30 days later than traditional monthly commission payments.

Charge backs- eFastResponse makes every effort to ensure customers are completely satisfied with every order. Occasionally, a customer will request a refund. In the event that an affiliate partner has been paid commission for refunded service, the affiliate partner will incur a "charge back", or reduction in current commission earnings.

Fraud & Adware Fraud- will not be tolerated. Any devious advertising means, including adware, redirection scripts or otherwise, will be grounds for immediate termination of an affiliate account.

Copyrights- All content provided by eFastResponse, whether on the website, sent through email, or otherwise made available to affiliates, is copyrighted in full and may not be used in any way other than specified in this agreement.

Changes to this Agreement- Changes to this agreement may be made at any time, for any reason, without warning. Affiliate partners who continue promoting eFastResponse services, will be considered to have agreed to any changes put in place.

Independent Contractor- Affiliate partners are independent contractors and not employees of eFastResponse. Partners are responsible for reporting their own income, and paying any appropriate taxes. By law, eFastResponse is required to issue IRS form 1099 to any affiliate partner who has earned $600 or more in a year. A valid USA social security number must be provided for all payments made to USA addresses. Payments will not be mailed until this requirement is properly satisfied.

Termination of this Agreement- Either eFastResponse or the authorized affiliate partner may cancel this agreement at any time….
